Frequently asked questions

Who can receive BCST session?
-BCST is suitable for everyone from newly-born babies to the elderly. Also, it is recommended during pregnancy, as it calms the nervous system of both mother and child.
However, at the moment I offer the treatment for adults only.

What BCST is good for?
- BCST can be useful in addressing sports injuries, whiplash and any kind of recovery. It helps to overcome stress, sleeping problems, anxiety, depression, and exhaustion. It is beneficial for chronic illness, and acute pain. It supports healing digestion disorders and immune system disorders.

How many sessions will I need?
- It depends on your goals, symptoms, and history. However, the recommended sessions are between 3-8 sessions.

How can I benefit from BCST?
-Besides your symptoms will decrease or release as we address the root cause; you may notice a lighter and grounded being within yourself. You may breathe easier, you feel “more you”, and your communication and goals are clearer. Also, you may notice more ease in relationships and thinking.
Each person is unique, so the exact benefits of how you feel and how long will be different for everyone.

Do I have to talk during the session?
-It's important to talk about how you feel if you're uncomfortable during the session. Describing your body sensations or emotions can be really helpful. But there may also be times when we don't need to talk, and of course, it is your choice what you want to share with me and what you don't.

Are you going to touch only my cranium and sacrum?
-No. I may contact with other parts of your body.

What if I fall asleep?
- No need to worry! It's normal to fall asleep during the session. As the treatment unfolds, you will enter a deep meditative state, where you can simply let your mind be and allow your body to do its work.

Do I have to prepare for the session?
-I recommend not eating before the session and skipping caffeine if that is possible.

Do I need to do any aftercare?
-If you can, take it easy after the treatment. Let the day be slow and quiet. May keep observing your feelings and sensations.

I didn’t feel much, why not?
-BCST uses micro-movements within the body's tissues at a quantum level. These subtle changes lead to a reorganization of the system. It takes time to understand and feel this new language.

What has BCST to do with trauma?
-All of our cells store memories, including suppressed memories that can become disconnected from our conscious self. These memories, when left unaddressed, our entire system endeavours to rebalance itself, adapting to this new form within our body. Over time, these suppressed memories can have a profound impact on our nervous system and immune system. As emotions remain repressed, our survival mode kicks in, causing us to live in a perpetual state of freeze. Unfortunately, some individuals become accustomed to living in this manner. However, BCST offers valuable support by gently and gradually releasing these stored memories.

What has BCST to do with birth?
-Birth is an experience of profound transformation that can leave imprints on our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The transition to come to this world can be jarring and overwhelming, potentially leaving a lasting impact on our body and psyche. If these experiences are not adequately addressed, they can become embedded within our system as "normal" patterns. Over time, these unresolved birth memories may accumulate and become hidden traumas within our cellular structure. They form a metaphorical wall, thickening and reinforcing their presence. These unprocessed memories can influence our reactions, beliefs, and behaviours, shaping our perception of the world and ourselves.
During a BCST session, if an individual's system is willing and ready to revisit these birth memories, the therapist can gently support the exploration and expression of these stories. By creating a safe and supportive environment, BCST allows space for the client to reconnect with their birth experience and engage in a process of deep healing.
Surprisingly, addressing these birth-related memories can lead to significant shifts in consciousness. By acknowledging and releasing the unresolved emotions and imprints associated with birth, individuals may experience a newfound sense of wholeness, clarity, and well-being. They may discover a more authentic understanding of themselves, untangling the threads of their birth experience from their present reality.

Does BCST energy work?
-We work with the manifested energy, which is the body itself.
Our approach recognizes the innate intelligence and life force that exists within each individual. We are intimately aware of our origins and the profound influence of what we refer to as "the breath of life." This breath of life is believed to generate the ordering forces that govern and sustain life.
